geteventclipboard
Really nice to see things explained without overcomplicating the topic, the words flow naturally and stay easy to follow, and a short visit to geteventclipboard only added to that experience because the same simple approach is used across the rest of the page too without any change in tone.

single bet calculator
Right — have been messing about with this thing for maybe six months now and it's basically bookmarked at this point, reckon I'd write something up since a lad on another thread asked me last week. I'm UK based, mostly do football and horses, small stakes, just so you know where I'm coming from.
How I found it was actually embarrassing — I couldn't ever get my head round what an each way payout would be once you get five places instead of three. I'd just guess and then be surprised. Now I type the odds in before every slip, even a straight one-selection punt.
Their single bet calculator is the bit I open most — you drop in stake and odds and you get profit and total return with no faffing, fractional or decimal, doesn't matter. It also handles the bigger stuff — trebles returns, lucky 15 and lucky 63, yankees, and that's where I always lose track. If you want a look, it's over at each way dutching calculator — free, no signup.
The thing that really made a difference were the geekier extras. They've got an implied probability calculator that shows the overround, and there's the kelly calculator — I stick to fractional kelly since full stakes are far too aggressive. The dutching one is decent for when I'm spreading across selections.
Couple of gripes. Its interface looks pretty plain — zero flash, which honestly I don't mind but some will. Phone-wise it works though the bigger tables need a bit of scrolling. Also there's no proper app, it's a website and that's it — slight shame just flagging it.
Right, that's me. Costs nowt, barely any ads, does the job. If you honestly works out returns on a calculator app, try it — it's saved me a fair few dumb bets I'd have regretted.
